Clients must provide accurate information, approved scripts, and clear service objectives. Clients are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with legal and regulatory standards in their jurisdiction.

3. Confidentiality

All client data and business processes shared with us are kept strictly confidential. Our team follows non disclosure agreements and data security protocols to protect sensitive information.

4. Data Protection

We comply with applicable data protection laws such as GDPR, HIPAA, and local regulations. Data collected or processed during services will not be shared with third parties without client consent.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. All invoices are payable in the currency and method stated in the agreement.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and uninterrupted services. However, we are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or internet issues.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice as outlined in the contract. Outstanding balances must be settled before termination is finalized.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the last 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Clients will be notified of significant updates via email or our website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service agreement is executed. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
